When finishing the injection and holding pressure, in order to make sure we can get the right product, the mold should be cooled down, so that the liquid material can become solid when temperature becomes low, this is a very important stage for getting a good shape product.

Some products can fall down automatically, some need to be taken out by hand or by robotic arm, then cut the runner gate, check the product surface, size dimension and assembly. The whole injection molding process will be finished.

Appropriate pressure of injection machine will make sure the plastic can fill the entire mold, and make sure no flashes of product because of too high pressure; this will ensure the product come out correctly.

Raw plastic, typically in form of small pellets, is inserted in the feed zone section of injection molding machine, When the clamping phase is complete, the raw material will be transported by rotating screws in the barrel, heated when they are melted down to liquid status, this liquid will be injected from nozzle to the mold
